"Escarcoque" with escargots in garlic butter

Ingredients: 
  • 24 Pidy Gourmet Escarcoques
  • 24 tinned escargots

350 gr garlic butter:

  • 250 gr unsalted butter
  • salt and pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • 20 gr chopped onion
  • 20 gr chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • a few drops of pastis
Preparation: 
  • Put a small amount of garlic butter in the bottom of each Pidy Gourmet Escarcoque
  • Place the drained snails on top
  • Fill up with garlic butter
  • Place in an oven pre-heated to 180 °C for approximately 6 minutes
