Mini-bouchée Lisse with mozzarella, pesto and ham

Ingredients: 
  • Mini-bouchées
  • mini-mozzarella balls
  • pesto
  • 100 gr finely sliced ham
  • sundried tomatoes in oil
  • basil leaves
Preparation: 
  1. Refresh the Mini-bouchées in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 7 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
  2. Mix 150 gr mini-mozzarella balls with 1 spoon of pesto, 100 gr finely sliced ham and some finely chopped sundried tomatoes in oil.
  3. Divide the mixture over the Mini-bouchées and decorate with basil leaves.
