"Mini-Cone" with duck liver mousse and a sprig of blueberries

Ingredients: 
  • 20 Pidy Gourmet Mini-Cones
  • 250 gr duck liver paté
  • 100 gr cream
  • 20 bamboo shoots
  • box of blueberries
Preparation: 
  • Make the duck liver paté creamy and mix with 100 gr half-whipped cream
  • Scoop into a piping bag
  • Thread 2 blueberries onto a bamboo shoot
  • Pipe the obtained mousse into the Pidy Gourmet Mini-Cones
  • Stick the shoots in the mousse
