- Reheat the Mini-tartelettes in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool down.
- Thinly slice the cucumber and season with oil and vinegar
- Slice a red pepper in pieces of 3 cm by 1 cm and wrap some smoked salmon around them.
- Fill the Mini-tartelettes with some slices of cucumber and add the pepper-salmon parcels on top.
