"Profiterole" with sweet-and-sour sauce and scampi prepared in the wok

  • 20 Pidy Gourmet Profiteroles
  • 20 scampi of the smallest size
  • 100 gr sweet-and-sour sauce
  • soy sauce
  • pepper and salt
  • coriander
  • soya oil
  • Peel the scampi and cut them lengthwise
  • Cut off the top of the Pidy Gourmet Profiteroles
  • Put in some coriander and some sweet-and-sour sauce
  • Bake the scampi in the soya oil
  • Season with pepper and salt
  • Finish off with soy sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped coriander
