Tartelette with cream, radish, cucumber and smoked salmon

Ingredients: 
  • Tartelettes
  • 150 g sour cream
  • radish
  • cucumber
  • salt
  • pepper
  • salmon
  • chives
Preparation: 
  1. Refresh the Tartelettes in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 7 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
  2. Mix 150 g sour cream with shredded radish and cucumber
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Fill the Tartelettes with the creamy mixture and decorate with some sliced salmon and chives.
