- Refresh the Tartelettes in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 7 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
- Stir fry some vegetables, put aside and add stir fry some scampi.
- Fill the Tartelettes with the vegetables, add some scampi on top.
- Finish off with some sweet and sour sauce and decorate with a coriander leaf and a piece of tomato.
