Annabelle with speculoos baskets

Ingredients: 
  • Annabelles
  • 100 gr of mascarpone
  • 30 gr of cream
  • 40 gr of caster sugar
  • 2 spoons of Speculoos Paste
Preparation: 
  • Mix 100 gr of mascarpone, 30 gr of cream, 40 gr of caster sugar and 2 spoons of Speculoos Paste (if not available: mix some Speculoos biscuits with some cold milky coffee to make a paste. If no Speculoos is available, use gingerbread biscuits. Bring to a piping consistency.
  • Put the mixture in a piping bag and fill the Annabelles.
  • Finish off with a piece of biscuit
