- 100 gr of mascarpone
- 30 gr of cream
- 40 gr of caster sugar
- 2 spoons of Speculoos Paste
- Mix 100 gr of mascarpone, 30 gr of cream, 40 gr of caster sugar and 2 spoons of Speculoos Paste (if not available: mix some Speculoos biscuits with some cold milky coffee to make a paste. If no Speculoos is available, use gingerbread biscuits. Bring to a piping consistency.
- Put the mixture in a piping bag and fill the Annabelles.
- Finish off with a piece of biscuit
