Mini-bouchée with advocaat (Egg flip liquor)

Ingredients: 
  • Mini-bouchées
  • 150 gr full fat yoghurt
  • 100 gr advocaat
  • 120 gr small pieces of fruit
  • small fruit
Preparation: 
  • Refresh the Mini-bouchées in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 7 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
  • Mix 150 gr full fat yoghurt with 100 gr advocaat. Add 120 gr small pieces of fruit to the mixture.
  • Divide the mixture over the cool Mini-bouchées and decorate with small fruit and a mint leaf
