Mini-sablé with chocolate and green fruit

  • Mini-sablés
  • 100 gr cream
  • 100 gr dark chocolate
  • 25 gr butte
  • Boil 100 gr cream, remove from the heating and whisk in 100 gr dark chocolate and 25 gr butter
  • Allow to cool to room temperature, so that the mixture resembles a thick chocolate spread
  • Fill the Mini-sablés with the chocolate mixture and decorate with green fruits or cocoa powder
