- 100 gr mascarpone
- apricot liquor
- fresh apricots
- mint leaves
- Refresh the Mini-tartelettes in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
- Mix 100 gr mascarpone with apricot liquor to taste and divide over the Mini-tartelettes.
- Decorate with some fresh apricots and some mint leaves.
