Mini-tartelette with mascarpone and apricot

  • Mini-tartelettes
  • 100 gr mascarpone
  • apricot liquor
  • fresh apricots
  • mint leaves
  • Refresh the Mini-tartelettes in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
  • Mix 100 gr mascarpone with apricot liquor to taste and divide over the Mini-tartelettes.
  • Decorate with some fresh apricots and some mint leaves.
