Mini-tartelette with yoghurt and strawberries

  • Mini-tartelettes
  • 100 gr full fat yoghurt
  • drops of grenadine
  • strawberries
  • Refresh the Mini-tartelettes in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
  • Mix 100 gr full fat yoghurt with some drops of grenadine and divide the mixture over the Mini-tartelettes
  • Decorate with some pieces of strawberries
