Pidy Gourmet Paris Brest with red fruits and sabayon

Ingredients: 
  • 5 Pidy Gourmet Paris Brest
  • 500 gr red fruits
  • 1/2 l vanilla ice-cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 200 gr white wine
Preparation: 
  • Cut through the Pidy Gourmet Paris Brest horizontally
  • Chop up some red fruits
  • Make a sabayon from the egg-yolks, the sugar and the white wine
  • Place the lowest ring of the Pidy Gourmet Paris Brest on the plate filled with the red fruits
  • Pour some sabayon over, lay a ball of vanilla ice-cream in the middle and then place halfpieces of the upper ring
