  • 10 Pidy Gourmet Swiss Rolls (Roulés)
  • 6 bananas
  • 150 gr brown sugar
  • 1/2 lemon
  • cinnamon
  • 100 gr almond powder
  • English cream
  • Make a compote of 5 bananas, brown sugar, lemon, cinnamon and almond powder
  • Cook, puree and allow to cool off
  • Pipe the Pidy Gourmet Swiss Rolls (Roulés) with the compote
  • Make an English cream with some almond flavouring
  • Place on the plate and finish off with the sauce and fresh banana
