Pidy lemon tartlet with marzipan finish

Ingredients: 
  • Pidy lemon shortcrust tartlet 8,5 cm
  • Frangipane filling
  • Lemon flavoured butter cream
  • Lemon coloured marzipan
  • Chocolate decoration
Preparation: 

Cover the bottom of the tartlet with the frangipane mixture.

Top with the lemon butter cream. This can be higher than the borders.

Cover everything with marzipan and decorate to your own taste.
