Pidy Mini Fillo Cup blueberry tartlet

  • 40 Pidy Mini Fillo Cups
  • 250 gr. pastry cream
  • 250 gr. blueberries
  • 200 gr. caster sugar
  • Some icing sugar to dust
  • Blend the blueberries with the caster sugar
  • Divide the pastry cream over the Mini Fillo cups (fill only half way up)
  • Divide the blended blueberry mixture over the pastry cream
  • Bake for 7 to 10 min. in a preheated oven at 180°C
  • Dust with icing sugar immediately after baking
  • This filling will make about 40 Mini Fillo tartlets
