Pidy Mini Fillo Cup with Frangipane

Ingredients: 
  • 40 Pidy Mini Fillo Cups
  • 100 gr. butter
  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 125 gr. ground almonds
  • 60 gr. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 150 gr. Flour
  • some jam
Preparation: 

Preparation of frangipane mixture

  • Mix the butter and sugar to a perfect blend
  • Add the ground almonds with the flour and continue to beat
  • Add the egg without beating it into the dough
  • Add the milk only at the end
  • Fill into a piping bag

Baking in the Mini Fillo cups

  • This mixture will fill about 40 Mini Fillo cups
  • Cover the bottom of the Mini Fillo cup with some jam
  • Fill the Mini Fillo cup to the top with the frangipane mixture
  • Bake for 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.

TIP

  • To prolong the freshness of the frangipane cups, put some hot glaze on top immediately after baking.
