Pidy speculoos tartlet with chocolate mousse and nougatine

Ingredients: 
  • Pidy speculoos shortcrust tartlets 8,5 cm
  • Dark chocolate mousse
  • Chocolate nougatine
  • White chocolate decoration
  • Some whole hazelnuts
Preparation: 

Fill the tartlets with chocolate mousse. Cover with a layer of chocolate nougatine.

Decorate with chocolate slices and hazelnuts.
