- 250 gr cream
- 25 gr caster sugar
- ½ vanilla pod
- 1,5 leaves of gelatine
- mixture of red fruit
- Refresh the Tartelettes in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 7 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
- Make Panna Cotta: boil 250 gr cream with 25 gr caster sugar and ½ vanilla pod, cool down to 40°C. Dissolve 1,5 leaves of gelatine into the mixture.
- Fill the Tartelettes with a mixture of red fruit and pour the cooled Panna Cotta over it.
- Let it settle in a cool place
