Tartelette with fruit and Panna Cotta

  • Tartelettes
  • 250 gr cream
  • 25 gr caster sugar
  • ½ vanilla pod
  • 1,5 leaves of gelatine
  • mixture of red fruit
  • Refresh the Tartelettes in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 7 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
  • Make Panna Cotta: boil 250 gr cream with 25 gr caster sugar and ½ vanilla pod, cool down to 40°C. Dissolve 1,5 leaves of gelatine into the mixture.
  • Fill the Tartelettes with a mixture of red fruit and pour the cooled Panna Cotta over it.
  • Let it settle in a cool place
