Clafoutis with goat’s cheese, Romano beans, Ganda ham and Mediterranean herbs

  • 1 x 11 cm Pidy Gourmet Quiche
  • 1 goat's cheese with Ganda ham
  • 30 g frozen Romano beans
  • salt and pepper
  • red pesto
  • sprig basil
  • Blanch the Romano beans in boiling salted water then plunge in ice-cold water
  • Drain well
  • Cook in a generous amount of butter
  • Season with salt and pepper and the red pesto
  • Arrange in the Pidy Gourmet Quiche
  • Top with the goat's cheese and spread with the red pesto
  • Place in a pre-heated oven at 170 °C for approximately 10 minutes
  • Finish off with a cherry tomato and a sprig of basil
