Colle Secco Quiche

Ingredients: 
  • 10 x 8.5 cm Pidy Gourmet Quiches
  • 200 g Parma or Ganda ham, cut in thin strips
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes, finely sliced
  • 100 g roasted pine nuts
  • 300 g cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbs pesto
  • 1 fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
Preparation: 
  • Arrange the Pidy Gourmet Quiches on a baking sheet
  • Place the pieces of ham, dried tomato and pine nuts in the pastry cases
  • Mix the cream and eggs with the pesto
  • Pour into the filled Pidy Gourmet Quiches
  • Top with a slice of mozzarella and garnish each one with two tomatoes
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes
