Pidy Gourmet Quattro with Parma ham, pesto and mozzarella

Ingredients: 
  • 4 Pidy Gourmet Quattros
  • 150 g Parma ham
  • 4 tbs pesto
  • 2 mozzarella di bufala cheeses
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 100 g butter
Preparation: 
  • Bake the Pidy Gourmet Quattros for 6 minutes in a pre-heated oven (170 °C)
  • Allow to cool
  • Put 30 g of Parma ham julienne in the bottom with 1/2 tablespoon of pesto on top and then a slice of mozzarella
  • Season with pepper and dried basil
  • Put back in the oven for 5 minutes

A delicious sauce to serve with it:

  • Reduce 100 ml of balsamic vinegar by half
  • Bind with 100 g butter
