Quiche with julienne vegetables

Ingredients: 
  • 1 Pidy Gourmet Quiche ø18cm
  • 450 g julienne vegetables
  • 300 g cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
Preparation: 
  • Mix the cream with the eggs
  • Add the julienne vegetables and the salt and pepper
  • Fill the Pidy Gourmet Quiche pastry case
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 175 °C for 40 minutes
