Quiche with peppers

Ingredients: 
  • 1 x 18 cm Pidy Gourmet Quiche
  • 12 long red and green peppers
  • 20 small cubes plain feta cheese
  • 20 small cubes ham
  • dried tomato pieces
  • chopped chives
Preparation: 
  • Mix 1 egg with 100 g whipped cream (40 % fat content)
  • 2 teaspoons of pink pepper preserve
  • Bake in the oven for approximately 35 minutes at 195 °C
