Quiche with sautéed onions and bacon

Ingredients: 
  • 1 x 18 cm Pidy Gourmet Quiche
  • 450 g pre-fried onion slices
  • 300 g cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 egg
  • 84 ml water
  • 22 g bacon strips
  • 13 g grated cheese (Emmenthal, Gruyère)
Preparation: 
  • Mix the cream with the eggs
  • Add the pre-fried onion slices, cheese and bacon
  • Fill the Pidy Gourmet Quiche pastry case with the mixture
  • Bake in pre-heated oven at 175 °C for 40 minutes
